WELLBEE is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) under American law, created in the United States in 2019 .

We are based in Washington DC, Maryland in the United States and in Cameroon. The organization is involved in a broad range of activities geared towards improving the wellbeing of the vulnerable in the areas of Health, Education, Vocational Training and Rural Development. Some of these activities include:

Reproductive health and the fight against endemics, STIs, teenage pregnancies, and the consumption of narcotics;

- Educational support through provision of back to school supplies for young girls, orphans, and vulnerable children in school. Building, rehabilitation and of classrooms;

- Vocational training in various skill areas to improve the livelihoods of the vulnerable poor;

Our main objectives therefore are as follows:

  • Promote education and reproductive health including family planning and improve Access to Quality Rural Healthcare.
  • Promote the global movement for well-being among disadvantaged social strata through easy access to information, education, and health and community development services.
  • Support action towards rural development in concert with NGOs and other partners.

Our Vision: To empower youths, women, the poor and the needy to become healthier, better educated, self confident and self reliant.

Our Mission: To provide vulnerable rural youths especially young women and girls through improved access to good quality healthcare and education, Skills training, reproductive and sexual health information and services to enable them improve their livelihoods and become agents of positive change in their families and communities.

Funding:

Our activities are executed independently or in partnership with other NGOs. WellBee's sources of funding are essentially made up of donations and legacies. Our various projects are funded by individuals, corporate bodies, local and International Non-Governmental Organisations.

· Financial Assistance for programme and administrative costs

· Donation of new/used school books and educational materials

· Donation of new/used clothing and supplies

· Donation of non-perishable food items

· Donation of new/used hospital equipment and health supplies

· Offering your skills as a trainer or mentor to support our vocational skills scheme

· Offering your time and skills as a volunteer

Note: You can drop off donated items at any of our offices or call us to arrange pick up or shipping. Financial assistance should be sent to our bank account through our website.
